An accomplished engineering professional with over 20 years of experience in project management, quality assurance, production, and operations.

With over two decades of expertise in engineering and operations, Shankar Rangasamy has demonstrated consistent leadership and technical excellence across international and domestic projects.

General Manager (Operations)
As General Manager, Shankar oversees complete operational workflows—from project planning and execution to team coordination and resource management. His role focuses on improving efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring client satisfaction across mechanical and structural engineering projects.

Project Manager (QA-QC), FLSmidth, Chennai (Sep 2007 – Nov 2024)
At FLSmidth, a global leader in engineering solutions for the cement and mining industries, Shankar played a critical role in quality assurance and quality control. He managed QA-QC protocols for complex engineering projects, led audit and compliance initiatives, coordinated with cross-functional teams, and implemented process improvements that enhanced product reliability and reduced rework.

Engineer – Production & QC, Perfect LLC, Dubai (Jun 2004 – Jun 2007)
During his tenure in Dubai, Shankar was responsible for production supervision and quality control in a high-volume manufacturing environment. He ensured adherence to international standards, optimized production processes, and contributed to the delivery of precision-engineered components for industrial clients.

His hands-on experience across fabrication, erection, machining, piping, and structural works positions him as a versatile leader with deep industry knowledge and a commitment to engineering excellence.
